These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the DesgnMate website and services.
All projects are scoped, quoted, and delivered under a separate agreement. Project terms (scope, timeline, payment schedule, deliverables) are outlined in a written proposal before work begins.
Full commercial ownership of all final deliverables transfers to you on final payment. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Standard payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Late payments may delay delivery. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
DesgnMate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
